David our maintenance man did a great n outstanding job extremely efficient thank u David your service was greatly appreciated
Don’t even bother looking at these apartments. The A/C keeps breaking down, they take Days sometimes weeks to fix it. Roaches everywhere. Plumbing system horrific. And to top it off the Agent at the leasing office, Brenda Guajardo, such a rude person. Even gets ugly with a MINOR. They really need to pay attention who they hire. With people like that makes the place even worse they always want to be right and don’t pay attention to the tenants issues oh and I believe that’s new management too. Smh
The only positive thing I can say about these apartments are that they are quiet and the floor plans are spacious.. but I can’t wait for my lease to be up here. For one, the roaches are TERRIBLE! They are all in my bedroom, I feel uncomfortable sleeping in my own bed as they sometimes make their way onto my bed 😭 I’ve spent hundreds to try to fix this issue on my own to no avail. Secondly, I noticed a stench when I first moved in and have tried to remove it own my own, spending hundreds of dollars on plug ins, candles, spra... read more
Great apartments, always on top of everything and communicative. Yadira is great and always communicative and attentive with what I need.
Bro Jorge thank you for all your hard work you done for this place. This maintenance man was real good at his job but what I hear from the great vine they took advantage of the dude. Good luck my guy
