He’s fixed our AC during a heatwave and even helped secure a loose door we were worried about. He’s fast, respectful, and really talented. We’re lucky to have him leading maintenance here.

I've lived at The Park at Salerno for years, and since Jorge became the maintenance manager, this place has completely stepped up! He’s sharp, efficient, and fixes everything the right way the first time—ACs, stoves, sinks, you name it. You can tell he really knows his stuff. The whole community feels more taken care of now.
Just moved in and I’m super impressed with the maintenance team—especially Jorge. Within the first week, I had a leaking sink and a sticky door, and Jorge handled it all same-day. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel like your home matters. Definitely a great start!
