I would strongly advise against renting at The Park at Aviano. My experience here has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. First and foremost, if there’s a power outage, be prepared to be the last place in the area to have power restored. It's as if the property management doesn't prioritize the residents' comfort or safety. The pest situation is unbearable.
