This is the worst apartment I have rented. Lived there 10 months, had my vehicles damaged, apartment has serious MOLD issues, noisy, police activity, for a while a couple of the renters were slap boxing on the daily, homeless people cut through the property and ask for ciggeretts and money. When my 9 month lease was up my month to month rent was $300 higher, I disagree with with being charged to repaint the apartment but paid it because I do not trust the management with my credit information. I am a new resident. I love it here. Other than the noisy HWY 18, this place is peaceful and quiet, with little or no trouble. The Park at Auburn has the feeling of a peaceful home. The staff are great, and they were very helpful in getting me in here. To have a chance to start life over in a decent place is a real blessing, and I am extremely grateful:)
I lived at their north Auburn property and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Judy and staff were very helpful and friendly. Any issues that occurred was handled quickly and professionally. If I ever return to the Seattle area I will definitely come see Judy, and if your headed to the auburn area go see Judy first.
When management leaves you know there's a problem I should have left when the first manager left ! I'm sitting here waiting for the office to open so i can do a final walk threw and hand over these keyswhen it should have been open They are never on time !!
It's a very good place for me to live . It's quite and safe. Wish the building had a better insulation
I have been a resident here for six months, and have been enjoying the atmosphere ever since. The grounds are well maintained, and outside near the building almost gives you the feeling of camping, with a wooded view. The Park is located in a safe area, and I feel very comfortable with my neighbors despite not knowing them very well. I love the apartments. I have no complains but wish the bathroom were outside the bedroom. i like my neighbors.i like the all shades from the big trees.Parking is great because it has plenty of parking spots. I am very happy with maintenance crew too. I am very happy with the management as well.
