You leave residents overnight without water service?!? What is up with that?
This staff here are is incompetent and rude. Seriously regret getting a lease here, stayed for a year and I couldn’t wait to move out. The apartments are falling apart, there was mold, water leaks, and had my truck towed FOR NO REASON. I do not recommend these apartments at all!!
apartments falling apart maintenance take forever to repair and half time don't really know what they are doing...charge for pest control yet never goes by...work orders hope your not in rush...just really trashy look they weren't this bad in 2003 now is like no one cares...sad
I just went by like I always do, my dad has been living there for 4 years now and the whole place is an eye sore, everywhere you turn there is a huge pot hole. The trash in all areas are piled high and stacked on the sides. Absolutely nothing has changed since the day he moved in, with as much rent as you guys collect you would think someone would fix up the place but it seems like it is looking worse everyday. Get it together, and the staff is horrible too!!
This place sucks. Whatever you think you're gonna save in rent, you'll spend on utilities. The staff is rude, and the maintenance staff are incompetent. Get ready to suffer if you move in here. Don't say you haven't been warned.
Very disappointed! Went in to view an apartment the lady was sitting in the office, and other girl n her baby just sitting in there talking asked if we can see an apartment and she says " I can't leave this place alone" like really!! Most people lock the door to show an apartment
