A broken storm door was replaced with less broken storm door, and then the less broken storm was replaced with another broken storm door. After three years of playing revolving broken storm doors it was replaced with an unbroken storm door. I've been here for four winters without fully functioning radiators. Got overcharged short term lease fees, charged for pet rent after my pet died, and management refuses to discuss the overcharges.
