Would love to give 5 stars if I was basing this solely off of the staff. They are INCREDIBLE at their jobs and truly want to help residents. Kylie is my fav human and deserves a raise !! She works so hard and solves my problems within a speedy time frame. The maintenance team is unparalleled, kind, amazing at their jobs, and on top of everything. My experience at Parc has been exceptional. The leasing staff is truly outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. I tend to reach out frequently, and they always treat me with patience and positivity. I recently attended a community event, which was not something I typically do, and I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable it was.
