This is our second year here in this unit, three years overall. The staff who were here when we moved in were awesome but they are now gone; the current staff either have no experience or they are incompetent and the experience has not been good. Cushman and Wakefield recently purchased the complex. This is our second year here. The staff who were here when we moved in were awesome but they are gone and the experience has not been good. They recently installed a very loud pond pump below our bedroom window. Their response was that they are not going to move it so if we stay, we have to live with what sounds like a truck running non-stop outside our window. If they want to control the algae in the pond, there are plenty of other spots to place a pump that does not disturb any residents.
