Mice or rats, asbestos, unfair rent increases, and having my car towed from my private parking space is why the Parc deserves 1 star. A year ago my neighbors in the same building told me they had mice or rats in their apartment. Update on 12.23.24 at 12:48 p.m. A decomposing dead rodent in my apartment wall and hazardous asbestos that makes removing it more difficult, seems to have exposed the sad and disappointing truth about the ownership, FPI Management. While the leasing office staff, including Jonathan and Joe have been friendly and helped as much as they seem to be able to, it feels like the owners care more about profits than being fair to their residents with disabilities. My husband and I moved here in March 2022 and we have been loving it since. This year here was particularly good because of all the events (Painting night, Christmas party, movie night, and what not) organized by the management. A big shoutout to Jonathan for making it fun, and I really appreciate Tony’s and Jose’s efforts as well. They all are really cooperative when it comes to any problem.
Sebastian was very respectful, considerate and ensured I was happy with his repairs completed.
