RecommendedWe’ve been here since 12/26/19 and really like it. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful! The maintenance guys take time to chat and be friendly. I love seeing all the dogs out for their daily walks. We travel a lot for my husbands job but the Parc really feels like home! Also, I’m trying to join ‘Nextdoor’ but need an invitation code. If anyone is on there and would like to send one comment and I’ll send my email address! 😊
I’m currently a resident here. Beautiful apartments, close to everything which is great but our experience here has been nothing but terrible. We’ve been here for bout 4 months and our AC broke twice now. Each time during the weekend and they “don’t work on AC issues during the weekend” (keep in mind it is 90s degree weather outside so the apartment gets up to 80 degrees) we had to wait until the following business date, and even then, we have to wait for parts to come in. The location is perfect for access to pretty much anything you need. I'm enjoying my time here. The property is on point. Staff is responsive to an issues that I've had as far as maintenance needs go. The only issue is parking. We all pretty much know who lives here and who doesn't.The visitors tend to take up our parking. Maybe they can figure out a better system for that. I cannot wait for my lease to be up! This place is WAY too expensive to have to walk on egg shells! My neighbors are constantly pounding on the walls for every noise! I have 4 children, one of which is special needs and non verbal. You live in an apartment, their is going to be noise. don’t bother using the jets in your tub because the neighbors will not have that, or watch tv with out having it muted with closed captions on. The office people are kind.... not their fault the walls are so thin! There isn’t a lot they can rea... read more

We sure do hate that you've had a bad experience here with your neighbors. I wish I could make everyone understanding. It has also been a constant battle with people cleaning up after their pets. Our groundskeeper tries to keep it clean but it also just sends the message that they don't have to clean up after their pets if someone else will. 😞
