Area is pretty bad-we had two vehicles keyed, items stolen from our cars and patio. There is no parking and the management tows vehicles randomly (even though we weren't required to register our vehicles?). My wife/I are quiet tenants who always paid rent fully/on time, no complaints submitted against us, and we fully cooperated with anything/everything the management ever asked. I actually really like this complex! There's allways something that could be better, just life. The only thing that really bugs me, is nobody picks up after their dogs! Don't walk on the grass EVER! trash pick up could happen more often around the buildings, not dumpster stuff. Like I said just little things really. I recommend it absolutely! Very convenient for me. Staff very nice and helpful!

don't rent from this place they are crooks and the grounds are nothing like a park but more like a drainage ditch in between a busy highway dog poop everywhere you can't go in the grass with out getting wet because there is no drains and not to mention the trash strewn about by every dumpster but good thing you can rent a new release movie so you don't tonk about the trash
