This was my first time leasing an apartment, they seemed so nice before I signed my lease and paid everything. After that my rent sky rocketed. I paid both them and Colo Springs Utilities, and they charged me $400 more than I was supposed to pay. I willingly moved out and told them I was leaving now have an eviction on my credit report and they say I owe $6000. DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM!!!!

Horrible Apartment, stinks like curry in hallways from the tons of Pakistani and India Indians you have to hold your breath to not get nausea from the overpowering smell. Do not come to this apartment. They also use a towing company Klaus towing who is a predator upon its own tenants my roomates pass fell on the seat visible and they still towed him. Every night you have to record a video to prove youre parked inside the lines incase they tow you
