I have lived here for a year and a half and have really enjoyed it. Live in a 2bed2bath which is very spacious and has a lot of closet space. The amenities are very nice, the two pools rarely ever get too crowded. The gym is nice for the cardio equipment, but doesn't have a lot of heavy weights. I have had good experiences with the leasing office and the staff that work there. They have a few events each month offering free snacks/food. Where do I start? Leonora no longer works at this property, which feels like an elbow to the stomach because she really made the property a better place. Now you either have to deal with Hector, the community manager, who is literally uncompromising and very short fused. His favorite response is, I’ll entertain it. I love living here and renewed my lease! Paramount takes care of any issues right away, and they have a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are very nice and spacious. I posted this last time, but still feel the same! I love it here. Just put in a maintenance request which was promptly responded to, as usual!

If you are Hispanic, do not apply here!!! They are racists... They just want the whole family to have a social security, they never tell you that they need a social security because they just want you to fill out the application to steal your money.
