TL;DR is the only thing luxurious about this luxury rental is their pricing. It falls far short of its promises, with a host of unresolved issues and indifferent management. Despite understanding that older apartments may require more maintenance, I am disappointed that the problems I reported upon moving in have yet to be addressed, even after four months. Never got my deposit back. I have moved out of Paramount for over 3 months now but never managed to get back my deposit, despite calling and emailing management and account manager multiple times. They have stopped replying to my emails in the recent weeks. Had to write this review because it ruins the whole experience.
