Scrumpious! Friendly and cool atmosphere! Their system really works!!!
I'm from out of state and was in Boston visiting family. My sister and I went for a walk to find a place for lunch and came across the Paramount. It was a totally different experience from anything we have at home. The food was delicious and it was fun to watch them make it.

Great food! Lines are long on Sundays but total worth the wait! I love that the food is freshly prepared in front of you! We had egg white omelettes toast and potatoes hash browns were delicious 😋 will definitely be back
Wandered in after taking an early Sunday morning walk along the Harbor. Pleasantly surprised it was open so early (8am). Had a Ham, American cheese and mushroom omelette that hit the spot, coffee not so much. Ordered a large one that tasted watered down rather than with an extra shot for the length. Nitpicking though. Great atmosphere, great service and the place was heaving with locals (many with young families) when I left 45 minutes later.
