This complex is it a very upscale section of north Scottsdale, surrounded by money, however it is a cage with golden bars.. I have never in my entire life heard every single footstep from the people above me like I have at this place.It's absolutely torturous.. Every single footstep is like thunder.. Anybody that weighs over two hundred pounds shakes the lighting fixtures.. This is just regular walking.. The Nines at Kierland is a great community. Just a good size and awesome location to local eateries and shopping. The unit is absolutely a very homey feel to it. Great views. From the time I viewed this property, it was a pleasant experience by Matt. Bradley went above and beyond to find me the unit with a view in a very promptly manner. Everything was a smooth transition. Bradley has been very helpful at all times and very efficient.
First month living at the Nines; the staff have left a very positive impression with me thus far. I had moved into a unit where the floor was shaking due to the ac unit below. Knowing it could be a very expensive fix, i was patient but after just two short weeks of making the complaint, they had a company out replacing the ac unit and resolving the noise. Never said this before….new management is fantastic lol. Of course great amenities, amazing location, and the price is the best in the area. Really enjoyed living at The Nines. And pleasantly surprised with management’s quality team.
