RecommendedThey have always taken good care of my dogs, especially my elderly Newfoundland when she was with us. They would let her rest as much as she wanted. Other places I had taken her to made her stand too much and she could not walk for a couple days. Thank you Pampered Pet Spa!
absolutely love this place and so does my dog Rolo! they always do great work and are super friendly!
We have used this place three times now for our Yorkshire Terrier. The first time they did not groom her as requested. The second time they nicked her neck slightly. We decided to give them a final chance, since they are the only place near us that we have found that are open on Saturdays. This time they shaved the tips of her nipples off!!! Never use this place if you care about the well being of your furry family member.

10/10 would not recommend, my dog has never ever tried to bite anyone hardly even when we are playing but I picked him up and touched his paw after we had gotten them and he snapped at us and still does something is wrong with his paw and we have yet to solve this mystery his haircut is uneven along with multiple favor burns and His nails were not filed, they were sharp as a razor blade. They refuse to take the blame for any of this, I just wish we didn’t take him there, I miss my old dog.
They made several mess ups on my dog and then I called to talk to them about it and they would not return my phone calls. Mistakes happen. Own your mess ups! And return calls!

NO they ruined my granddog! They won't even call my daughter back about the horrible job they did on him yesterday. POOR SERVICE, they need to refund her plus pay for damage. I DON"T RECOMMEND THEM!!
We have used The Pampered Pet Spa for years. They have always done a great job, and the staff is very personable.

Stephanie always makes Bubbles & Hershey look so pretty. She’s very good with them, and Hershey can be a bitter at times.
