I have gone there since my yorkie, Bella was a puppy. always did a good job, no complaints, until now! Paula was my groomer then. I took her this past week when Paula was no longer there and explained to the owner my bella's right back leg was tender and asked her to be gentle. They were not gentle AND they never finished Bella, after 4 hours! I had another appt. and had to take her at 3. before I got home I could tell there was something wrong with her.
