BED BUGS! Beware!! I booked a room here last night and found bed bugs all over the sheets. I brought this up to the front desk, I even brought the sheet with them on it to him personally. I have video of all of it. The guy was very rude. I ended up having to leave at 1am with no where else to go, ended up driving home (3+ hours) on no sleep. RecommendedStayed at Palms again this year. Not sure if the low prices are attracting some customers with limited common sense that account for the bad reviews on this page, but both my stays have been great. Very courteous staff. Clean room. We paid less than $90 USD (mid week) for a king bed/fridge/microwave/DirectTV. Easy area to great in and out of if your visiting the city or traveling through.
Easy to find on way in to Portland. Right next to a tram into city and easy walk to lovely bars and restaurants on Mississippi which we found because of very welcoming and helpful staff. Comfy room.
This is the worst treatment I have ever received anywhere in the world, and I've travelled a lot through many different countries. They cancelled my booking due to a technical problem with my CC, I had plenty of cash and funds in the account. But they wouldn't listen nor back down. Tried to rebook and they tried to charge me DOUBLE. When I questioned them on this they kicked myself and my wife out on the street with no where to go.
