My condo building recently switch management company. Prior company was a nightmare. Dealing with The Palms is like a breath of fresh air. I was able to show proof of prior payments made to the other company and my balance is now correct. I have also met them while they have been here in the building. Very nice and friendly
No complaints. They are pretty helpful. They actually return my call. Now a days you leave voicemails and its rare for a business to return the call. Brittany called me back and sent me the form I had to fill out. Cool.
