This hotel is beautiful... the room was modern and spacious and the staff very helpful...The location is excellent...Essensia restaurant is highly recommended. We had a perfect and relaxing celebration!!! We will definitely come back next year!!!
I always stay at The Palms when I go to Miami. They offer a very professional staff and a clean environment. The only negative was that my room was not cleaned by 5 pm, I had to call the front desk to request service.

This is ONLY for the Spa! I had a wonderful friend who gifted me a facial & body scrub as wedding gift. I had a fabulous & relaxing time! All the staff were wonderful! Julie does an amazing job! Samantha took her time with me & was awesome & so did Jessica with the facial! I would come back again!
