This is one not to miss this hotel has it all comfort the views of either city or beach the ease to get in and out.. the food is amazing the staff well this would be a really long review if I say all this review would be to long so in one word "amazing " I had a birthday event there and they handle all the little details I simply forgot so again love love �
We stayed here 11 years ago for three nights, so for our 39th wedding anniversary I booked a week for us. They have done an amazing job of refurbishing the hotel it was a really nice hotel before but it is excellent now. The staff are very helpful and friendly and genuinely want to see you enjoy your stay. Katja the consierge was very helpful in planning our day of celebration. The only downside is all the small shops and restaurants that were nearby have gone being replaced by hotels and condos
We are having an awesome experience at The Palms. Excellent customer service, beautifully designed rooms, on an ocean front property.
