Tia is absolutely amazing! Apartments are very spacious, clean and reasonably priced for the fantastic location. Right off 375 but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Basically across the street from rivertown meijer. Couldn’t be happier living here!
Very Quaint, Peaceful, and Quiet! Can’t beat the rent prices especially being within driving distance from Downtown!
These apartments are in the heart of Detroit but the stairs and entrance area is very dirty. The carpets has turned black and it’s very smelly. There is smell of cigarettes everywhere in the stairs.
Wonderful place to live! 20 min from everywhere I wanted to be. Maintenance staff is great: always a quick response and completed tasks. Grounds well kept. Personable office staff. Only reason I left is because I had to move out of state for family.
