THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! THEY STOLE $500 OF MINES. THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING THEIR PHONES TO ADDRESS ANYTHING. THEY ALSO LOST MY APPLICATION WITH ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THERE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! BEWARE!!!
This community looks great which is why I recommended that my mom apply there unfortunately her process has not been full of service which I would hope that community has just as much customer service as it has beautiful grounds and amenities. There definitely seems to being a gap in follow up and follow through on return calls and visits. Every time she visits the community they say they'll call her and yet they don't very frustrating we really don't know what to think at this point. Love this place and so glad to be completely moved into a resort like apartment <3
They just waste your time � & money � � They declined so many application because every application charges 50.00 $ So kind of cheap tricks to collecting Money from people..One last thing Don't expect serve from this place expect bothering ��
Wow! What can I say? Great place- I'm eager to move in not only because of the amenities but Cassandra, Yada and Gloria were more than willing to help. Very friendly community. The set up is designed to know your neighbors and establish a comfortable environment. More than worth the asking price. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
Delayed again for the third time. It is very unprofessional for a company to keep moving the date every few weeks. They don't seem apologetic at all and do not offer any compensation for the hardships they cause. You can't see the apartments, or even give notice to your current place because there is no telling when they will actually open. This is all happening when they want people to come live here...imagine how management will be once they already have your money! Stay AWAY.
