Worst apartment ever. Horrible management and unprofessional.
There whole management is rude and when you move in the don’t fix nothing at all
Maintenance doesn’t do anything. The front doesn’t return calls. Said they never got my 60 day notice, well if I didn’t have to leave a voicemail during office hours (and didn’t have the decency to get a call back) or if they’d listen to their voicemails we wouldn’t be in this mess. Surrounded by section 8 housing. People from other apartments throwing pool parties and drinking with a bottle of vodka in their hand surround by little children. Been here for almost a year they will not fix the a/c unit. . They keep saying a a/c company gone come . Over and over , when it’s time for them to come , something else comes up . Rent to high to be in a hot apartment and it’s hot outside .
My family and I moved in about a year ago and we love it here. It is quiet and the location is very convenient. The management is very helpful with anything you need. We will definitely be renewing our lease again.
