My family and I moved in about a year ago and we love it here. It is quiet and the location is very convenient. The management is very helpful with anything you need. We will definitely be renewing our lease again.
I visited several other communities, and needless to say, leasing staff left much to be desired. Julie at The Palms at Juban Lakes was AWESOME!! She was extremely friendly and helpful, and made my leasing process a breeze! Very happy I moved here!
My experience with the palms at juban has been great ! Julie is so considerate and has great customer service. She made us feel very welcome and made the move in process very easy . I love my apartment also it’s beautiful and my neighbors are awesome .
I lived here for a few years and for the most part, thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. I loved the apartment itself, the location of my apartment and the setup of the complex. I did encounter a few smaller issues over the years, which is to be expected. However, the big issue at this complex that I feel needs to be addressed better for the residents is the pool. Our rent is extremely expensive ($1632) and there are no cameras here at all. Last night, multiple cars were broken into (including mine) and when I tried to call the front office about it around 9:20 am, their phones were OFF. The office opens up at 9am, why are the phones still off 20mins later? They need to do something about the break ins. Why not have multiple cameras here when we pay so much in rent? It’s ridiculous, it felt safe living here for about a year and then all the chaos started frequently!!
