Aj is an excellent manager, he’s extremely personable and friendly. I appreciate the tour of the place and the amenities provided!
Wonderful dog park, and the pool **chefs kiss** (once it was ready). The office staff and maintenance have been helpful in keeping everything well kempt and all my requests fulfilled.
I’m deeply disappointed by how this complex handled both my tenancy and my move-out. During my final weeks in the apartment, the air conditioning stopped working in 90–100 degree weather. It was not repaired in a timely manner, leaving the apartment extremely uncomfortable and making the moving process far more difficult than it should have been. I have lived at The Palms at Juban Lakes since 2023 and, until recently, had no major issues. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with an unresolved lease renewal problem since October 2025, caused by repeated administrative errors and an ongoing lack of communication from management. Despite completing my renewal application, the lease documents repeatedly reflected incorrect dates.
