I have lived at The Palms at Juban Lakes since 2023 and, until recently, had no major issues. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with an unresolved lease renewal problem since October 2025, caused by repeated administrative errors and an ongoing lack of communication from management. Worst apartment ever. Horrible management and unprofessional.
There whole management is rude and when you move in the don’t fix nothing at all
