Attention.....Do not lease from this complex. I have lived here for 3 years. Payed rent on time each month. This complex has become over crowded and parking has become a serious issue. At various times throughout last 3 years when parking has become an issue people have parked right outside the gates along gravel area. Last night I had a vehicle parked there for less than an hour between 5:30-6:30. The vehicle was towed. The tow company said because it was in a fire lane. The maintenance man who seems to run this place likes to walk around while in uniform yells profanity’s at young children not realizing that the parents aren’t far behind and heard the whole thing... he also likes to train his children to yell racial slurs at those of color and their children who live in the complex.. these are learnt traits y’all. Horrible place to live, nothing is ever done if you have an issue.
This place is crap, period end of story. The only good thing they have going for them is Mike the maintenance guy, he is the BEST at maintaining a home, other than that. Do your self a favor and NEVER live here! Ask why? 2 shootings one of which ended in murder. Nothing gets fixed fully, just a bandaid. The office crew hardly ever answer the phone, let alone your questions or help when needed.
