My apartment reeks from the smell coming from my dryer. It warms up on its own without being turned on for multiple days and a foul sour stench comes from it. It gets wet inside and water sits in the vent. Maitenence has been here multiple times for my dryer but whatever is done only fixes it temporarily then I end up with the same issue again. i have been here less than two months and had had many other issues. Please do everything possible and do not move in this apartment complex. To start off the only positive thing I have to say about it is the leasing office lady named Karla. First off my roommate and I are young girls dealing with school and important medical work and having to deal with multiple issues throughout the whole time living here. Wonderful experience and great host.
Management is very dishonest and will find ways to screw you over when you move out. They have a big problem with mold there which they refuse to address and it caused respiratory issues the while time I was there....mediocre maintenance people at best.....do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent here
SCAM. LITERALLY GOT LEGAL REP INVOLVED. DO NOT LIVE HERE! (Karla and Sue, you had to see this review coming from a mile away ) ALL the comments mentioning that they do not answer emails and phone calls are 100%. They miraculously do whenever they need something from you though!! When I moved in Dec 2023, they messed up my security deposit, requiring me to adjust the agreed upon contract and drop an additional 1k+.
