Avoid The Palms at Davie Apartments at all costs, this is place is a scam, "first month free" but no proper managament or maintenance on time. The management is awful, rude, unresponsive, and never follows through and disrespectfull even the "area manager". Maintenance is a complete joke. My unit had mold, bad paint jobs, and nonstop bathroom issues on the tub for 6 months consecutives, and they kept doing useless paint work patch-ups instead of real repairs.
