I love Sue. She is such a helpful leasing manager. I know I can always go to her whenever I have a question and I know she will take care of me with whatever assistance I need.
Management is very helpful and kind. The maintenance staff is kind, quick, and efficient. Apartment is clean and everything works great. It’s in a good area with everything you need close by.
I recently moved into The Palms and, regrettably, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and it’s disheartening to find myself facing so many issues in just under two weeks. From the very beginning, my confidence in the management was shaken.
