I would highly recommend not living here. As a current resident, I have had multiple issues (including mold) throughout my time here. Additionally, I had my car towed (as a resident of over 1 year now) due to the laziness of the tow company. On top of it all, there is 0 accountability taken when these issues occur. Instead of DOING something for a resident, it’s met with “I’m sorry”. Do your research before moving in.
Fritz was excellent and processed everything with speed. Amazing complex and super convenient I-595 access. Apartment is great. Trash service is on time and a great convenience.
