My wife and I ate here for the first time. Absolutely one of the best we have had. From the food, service " Caitlyn" and the atmosphere. Cant wait to do it again!
I NEVER leave BAD reviews... but I am tonight because my friends and I had a very bad experience here. We had never eaten here before but thought we would check it out, MISTAKE!! We didn't even get to order due to the waitress and manager being complete snobs.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
The manager accused us of being drunk, but my friend was having actual health problems. Then we were consulted again by the same manager and she didn’t care about our friend at all. She still thought we were drinking and none of us had touched alcohol. She laughed in our face. We then went to the restroom and the manager followed us to “investigate” our situation. We left due to the terribly rude service we received. If you’re hungry NEVER stop here. They are rude!
Food and service was amazing! My 5yeqr old daughter even enjoyed the visit and said her cheeseburger was the best she had ever had! We will definitely visit again!
Never have I been disappointed at the Palms, food is always awesome and service was good. I've ate there many different times of the day. LUNCH, DINNER and just plan socializing. I recommend it and will continue to patronize them.
