I would not recommend the Palmer. I terminated my lease and moved out in January. Since then, I have not received my deposit back, the Palmer continued to charge me rent past the termination of my lease, and has sent these incorrect charges to debt collection, now affecting my credit report. They do not respond to phone calls to their office, you cannot visit their leasing office in person (even though their sign says office hours 9am-6pm), and they have given no indication on when they will have this error resolved. Great apartment, nice location in the middle of two targets. People walking around and trails nearby would recommend if you pace in a room. 10 out 10
