Awesome fitness room, great rooftop deck. Local ownership - feels like home.
Was unimpressed by the prices and then drove by this AM and saw a homeless camp developing outside. Which likely means there is 0 building security. Definitely the "luxurious" living their website and prices promises.
Beautiful place. Seth is a great manager and very understanding. Loved visiting here!

AVOID THE PALMER – A REAL LETDOWN WITH NO SUPPORT We chose The Palmer because of Ashley, the leasing manager, who was genuinely great to work with—responsive, helpful, and a big part of why we signed the lease.
