AVOID THE PALMER – A REAL LETDOWN WITH NO SUPPORT We chose The Palmer because of Ashley, the leasing manager, who was genuinely great to work with—responsive, helpful, and a big part of why we signed the lease. Terrible experience after moving out. My sister stayed there for 3 months as she was doing an internship. They kept billing her for the utilities after she moved out. We kept calling Palmer to stop the bills but they WOULD NOT pick up the calls. It’s been more than 6 months and she still receives the gas bills and Palmer has not helped even once. The gas company reached out to vut the gas, they didn’t even respond to them. This is just horrible.
We love living at the Palmer - amazing location and beautiful apartments. Our property manager, Jaclyn, is the absolute best. She is extremely kind and helpful - she also always has treats for our dog. We also have an amazing cleaning lady who comes every day to ensure the property is tidy. Very thankful for the Palmer team for making this place feel like home!
