Service was excellent and the food was over the top.
Food was a 5/10 but the service was 11/10. Front of the house does an AMAZING job. They just need to step their food game up a bit and it'll be the best steakhouse in the city. Clam chowder was thin and it took maybe 5 spoonfuls to finally see a clam. They added something to the fillet I had, not maitre d butter, but something else, and I wasn't a fan of the result.
My husband and I took our granddaughter to the Palm for her 15th birthday. We all enjoyed the dinner. Everything was cooked to perfection, the service was impeccable. The evening was a wonderful time for my granddaughter and us. A go to place for a special evening.
Great experience. Manager Jamie was awesome !!! The staff across the board was the bomb!!!

Five stars all around! The atmosphere is beautiful, open and relaxing. The service is by far better than any restaurant I have been to in the city. Christina was our server, she was friendly, knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person. I will definetly request her when I return if she is on.
