Upon move out , they just racking it up. Resurface counter tops . And no one wants to explain , no pics showing what was wrong with them ? They just give a. Number to a resolution team and a recording comes up saying they will return your call in 2 business days.
wow... should have read these reviews before moving in 😳 this place truly is really, really ghetto from some of the office staff to the actual units and tenants. I've not once been to another property whose staff literally laugh and gets "attitude" over their broke down units. we are now past 24 hours in record breaking high temps with NO AC. It was literally taken out of my unit and a few staff members are too ignorant to know that is illegal. this is going over their heads and pay grade but telling them you or your child ... read more

Management does nothing even after weeks of complaints of fireworks being set off in the pool area, loud music well after quiet hours and way over the allowed amount of people in the pool. I try calling the courtesy officer and left roughly a dozen voicemails over the last 3 weeks. Never once did I receive a call back. Called after hours maintenance and the on call manager and again never received a single phone call back. The upmost worst place ive ever stayed. Ive stayed in the hood and been more peaceful than staying here. The loudest place to live. I wont say ladies in the office but just 1 and they really need to get rid of her before they end up with lawsuit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy. I cannot wait until my lease is up. terrible experience throughout my 4 years here. Then they took over half my deposit for basic maintenance things they should have to chance for a new person to move in anyway. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND WISH I NEVER LIVED HERE
DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE! We’ve had our truck vandalized TWICE in 6 months. They have RIPPED out the tailgate handle/back up camera and took BOTH tail lights! The management are completely unhelpful and “wash their hands” of any liability. There is absolutely NO courtesy officer, they NEVER tow unregistered cars (even though they claim to), and the front gate is continuously damaged and unsecured for close to a month at a time.
