I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the staff. The Program Director went above and beyond and the team was always considerate and compassionate
-Staff not trained - more so a twelfth step opportunity for workers…despite it being PAID. Inexperienced, abusive, and unprepared. Consequences always held on patients when staff “cries” after a patient is disrupted during prayer…….? -to elaborate, my morning prayer was consistently disrupted by Roxanne, a staff member, and then she would tell the manager at that time that I was rude to her by not opening up to her when she would ask me “omg hi Michelle how are youuuuuu?!” During my prayer.
