Great services and love the fact that it’s steps away from campus.
The community is very welcoming and assures the care and concern for their residents. I love how close it is to campus !! And can't wait to move in!
It has thin wall but comes with washer dryer fridge dishwasher and Ac the hot water runs out quickly but Ppl get robbed sometimes my only quarrel is that because of the area it's in and the fact that the cost of living is low in Louisiana and that's it's not the most top notch of apartment you can live in is that rent should be lowered
One of the worst places in Baton Rouge to reside. Duped into signing a 2nd lease with this property. Glad it ends this month. EXTREMELY NOSEY, UNCLEAN, and HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Was towed by the manager and I LIVE HERE. Ms. Adrian who works in the office is a very unpleasant person. She does not care about anything but generating income for this apartment complex. The new staff is wonderful I've never had not one problem. If you attend southern I advise to move here it's very convenient. The new manager is very outgoing, she does everything in her power to see her residents happy. Keep up the good work !
So today I just signed my lease and I am so excited to move in. I love the palisades. Such good service.
The palisades apartment is very convenient for me because it is very close to my college (Southern University) as well as my job (City Gear).. Since I've been in my 2 bed room apartment I've been treated well, and have no complaints ...
