RecommendedVery clean place considering many college students live here. Employees are always willing to help with any problem. Even afterhours Brandy Payne is always willing to help with anything. Parking/Towing can be a big problem though.
The Palisades must do something about parking! They have a 24 hour towing contract with a company to remove cars that are illegally parked! However, there seems to be no established protocol for who gets towed! My daughter is a resident and was towed after parking in the visitor parking overnight because, all of the parking spaces were taken! She had a parking sticker in her window! Caleb, Keith, and Cam are very helpful. The leasing and property managers Aaliyah and Giselle are also great. Last but not least, Mrs. Jean is definitely an angel. From start to finish, they make sure my stay is 100% smooth.
I love it here! You can go to the office and tell them something wrong and they will be on it as quick as possible. They fixed the gates, Lights, pressure washed the buildings, & etc!
I enjoy staying here, the staff is friendly. The complex itself is very clean. I would recommend here to anyone looking for a home close to campus!
The staff of friendly and the complex is peaceful.
Very convenient for anyone in college near the area. Haven’t had any bad experiences. Only thing I would change is the size of the apartments.
