Services and food isn't what it used to be..� used to be such a nice place to live
We have been very impressed with the way our mother has been treated at The Palazzo. She is in assisted care. The aides are all very kind to her and helpful. Meds delivered on time; optional food choices available for meals,all in all a very warm atmosphere When we first came to the facility, the Marketing staff; Mark, Diva and Olga were very helpful explaining the different kind of help available, estimated costs, etc. They were very welcoming to us, and in fact stayed a later on the day (evening) my mother arrived to welco... read more
The menu & table service needs improvement. .Some of the Dining Room staff are inexperienced. I am satisfied with other aspects.
My MIL just moved in and she really likes it. Everyone we've encountered there so far has been pleasant and helpful. It will be a very nice place when all the renovations are complete.
I must say, I was impressed and really like this place I went to visit the day before my aunt was getting released from Maryvale hospital. The social worker at the hospital gave us a list with the several rehab centers and your facility the Plaazzo was on the list. Everyone was so pleasant when I called. From the young lady answering the phone in the lobby to the nurse Rachel caring for our dear aunt.
