The staff are friendly and helpful. During the remodeling each went out of the way to fill the special needs of each resident. During the remodeling,. a special effort was made to help residents through a difficult time. The activities are superb and the maintenance crew do their best to repair each resident's apartment. i just love this place.
Provide decent services for all of your residents. Services for independent have decreased. Dining services have been a buffet style only and currently served in a hallway for over 4 months due to endless update to the dining hall. Laundry facilities are not kept cleaned. Staff does not answer phone after 6pm. No one answers the phone at security. Phone services to apartments have continued problem since your upgrade.
Please stay away from this place I’m reviewing second floor rehab center. My grandmother went in there healthy and after 3 months she ended up with so many wounds and infections, gangrene . Now her Dr is giving her 2 months of life due to not being able to amputate because of her health it all started going down hill at Palazzo so be cautious and really find a better place for your family member.
I been working there going on 3 years and I love everyone there. And I love my job. I give it a 5 Star
Palazzo Senior Living 'Resort' (independent living) is AMAZING! Main Street events, classes, post office, exercise room, craft room but favorite is heated pool! Hair salon is great. Dining room is formal with superb waiters/waitresses and full 3 course menu as well. VITA home care attendants are super sweet and attentive. And shuttle to shopping, appointments and churches will be nice I'm sure, as the driver is very personable!
