Reviews usually feel fake, but the Palatine lives up to the hype I leased with the Palatine for a single year, and I've never lived in a community with higher maintenance and cleanliness standards. I lived in a newly-renovated unit that once had a single laminate floorboard come loose; after filing a ticket through the online portal, the maintenance staff were in my apartment within 3 hours to fix it. When we had a small electrical issue (my fault), the maintenance staff came up to the unit within the hour. The front desk is... read more

Great location and awesome management! The property is beautiful and in a great location. There is lots to do and see nearby being so close to DC and the metro. The Bozzuto team that manages The Palatine are amazing! They do a great job with engaging residents with local vendor events/activities and really make you feel at home here. Olivia, LaTese, Tim, Daniel, and Harry all makeup an awesome team that make The Palatine a lovely place to call home.

Love my apt and the staff! Having lived in the DC area for 12+ years, 3 of those have been at the Palatine. This is, by far, the best apartment I've ever lived. Not only is the building top notch, but the staff is fantastic. Tim, the weekday concierge, is friendly, helpful, and always goes above and beyond. He's like family and it makes living here even better. If you're in the market for a new home, look no further!

Friendly and Convenient I moved the Palatine three years ago and it has been great. Apartments are spacious and very quite. The building is well maintained and if there is an issue staff is on top of it quickly. The common areas are well kept. Pool is great place to relax on the weekends. Only complaint is the gym is a little dated and could use Wifi.

Nice place but expensive we have been living here for 3 years. Overall we like the apartment and love the location as it is convenient to the metro, movies, restaurants, etc. only complaint is how expensive this place is. The amenities are not great. Pool is small and not enough chairs, plus no grills allowed, party room is small, has no kitchen and is in the same area as work stations so it makes no sense. Gym is outdated, small and depressing as it is in a basement with no windows. other buildings in the area have much nic... read more

Great apartments, great staff, adequate common areas I have lived at the Palatine for one year. For the most part it has been a wonderful experience, so much so that we have renewed our lease for another 13 months. Pros: great, large apartments relative to those on the Orange Line corridor in Arlington; Wonderful front desk, leasing staff, and maintenance team, literally have never had a problem they haven't solved quickly; Really convenient location to metro and Courthouse plaza.
