Good food and friendly staff and service. It's nice to find a place without attitude!

The Palace was a wonderful place to visit, so full of the history of Prescott and Arizona. We had great service from our waitress and the food was delicious! I would recommend the Palace to anyone, and we will also be going there again!

Authentic western character, the oldest saloon in Arizona. Feels like stepping back 140 years.

Very bad experience today. Ordered fajitas and received a burned pan full the first time. When we rejected the the return was just about raw. We think for overpriced menu item at $15.00 each this is unexeptable. Even though we did not eat a bite this was put on our bill until we refused to pay for the food. By the way we live in the area and try to support local business but I don't think they will see us again

There were 8 of us, good service, good food, very filling. Food was hot, again service was excellent. I put more stock into service, I'll be back because of service received. Don't get me wrong the food was good also.
