Great people great service!!!! Love the atmosphere and history
Great food, service & ambiance! The antique grand bar hutch is beautiful! Excellent prime rib, cowboy relleno, & pancetta brussel sprouts!
We always have fun at the palace. We saw South of Winslow an Eagle tribute. They wete fantastic. We are locals, and go for the atmosphere of WhiskeyRow. On event nights I expect it to be busy..So I roll with it. Want fast food, I don't choose them. All in all Its a favorite.
Excellent food.Good people.Be patient though they get busy
I liked it. Cowboys up front were very inviting and opened the door for us. My party had several drinks and appetizers. Waitress was very nice and attentive. I have been here before and definitely will be back.

Great atmosphere and service but the food has a long way to go!
Definitely NOT a place to go if you want a good meal and good service. Prices were extremely high for what you get. When we went, they were out of almost every thing. Waitress was ok. Manager is ill trained, threw a fit when we asked about an unexplained charge on the bill. Apparently they have a surcharge because the minimum wage went up.... yet they fail to tell you or mention it until you get your bill.
