I went to pain specialists of America, but I didn't like it I chose another place to go right away, front desk rude people, and the pain doctor was okay I mean I don't even remember his name, I just don't suggest anybody going there, I couldn't get past the rudeness of the front desk so I would suggest to go there but, I change my mind so I went somewhere else, I am with another pain management in South Austin and they are so much better in the doctor there is great.
This is the place to go when you have surgeries or radio frequency ablation
Very efficient, but I did expect a call 1 or 2 days before, I did call them and they did answer and confirmed my day and time. This was for my second visit, first visit went very smoothly no issues at all . Felt very cared for everything was explained and I did get a call confirmation on my first visit.
During my visit for a hand issue the doctor noticed a finger that appears broken and gave options to correct it. This was the first time I have been given options in 20 years. It was not the purpose of my visit but was a bonus diagnosis. I am hopeful and happy I may get my finger back.
