Had injection in lower back (so far, so good...too early to say a lot about longer effectiveness); I already knew that Dr. Caylor is fantastic, and major kudos to Sam (F) and Kim (both in the "OR" with me) and also Melody for her kindness afterwards. The whole thing was smooth and easy and FAST (less than five minutes for numbing and injection, together; it feels weird but little actual pain; quick pinch).
