Aggressive and rude customer service.
Highly recommend Dr. Solow at The Pain Clinic, Toronto. I am suffering from spinal stenosis with sciatica in both legs and was nervous of having injections in my back. Dr. Solow immediately put me at ease. Dr. Solow is so approachable, excellent at explaining the procedure beforehand and while preforming it. I found Dr. Solow also has a sense of humour that makes you feel very relaxed which is a rarity in most medical environments. The whole team is absolutely amazing, I've been treated by Dr. Rozen since 2015, and Dr. Leuong since 2024.
Already got in a year or 2 ago or more and I called to book appt follow up and they said they would call me back with an appt.date. Does an appt date take 1 year to book? Not even be seen but to book? There's no way it takes one year for a secretary to get back to me with an appt date. I'm still waiting for the call back. Everytime I call its the same thing "we will get back to you with an appt time". Then another year passes with no news. I'm already in their system. This makes zero sense.
