Had my second appointment, wasn’t going to come back after the experience of my first appointment . The front desk receptionists are super rude ! Had a balance due to error on insurance instead of the 3 girls sitting behind the desk calling to check that that it was getting resubmitted they said I could not get my procedure done today. Worst professional treatment at an office I have ever seen or witnessed.

#1 - VERY POOR physician (PA-C) communication! They then berate you when you ask questions. #2 - Majority of the staff have "attitude" issues and constantly complain of over bookings. #3 - No way to ID staff because, outside of the doctor and his PA's, no one wears ID's. POOR business practice in the medical field. #4 - Patient needs are last of their list. #5 - They fail to listen to the patient. #6 - Phone system sucks!
