Incompetent. rude, and extremely unprofessional.
They state that they provide Passionate, Professional and Personal pain management but that is a joke... More like Passive, Pitiful, & Pathetic... Geselle Girault MD treats you like a tool & damn near ignores you while treating you... You’d think that was impossible but she makes it look easy... Healthcare with no CARE... Saw both at the W. Cola & NE Cola location... Never Again!!!
I am beyond happy to be away from this place. When I went several years ago, I dreaded my monthly visits there. The doctors and staff there are beyond rude. I have seen them talk to patients like they were dogs. Don't even get me started on the way I was treated and lied to. This place needs to close down or do a complete makeover and clean house. The worst bedside manners in the business...Dr Miller puts the P in "Piss Poor"... A waste of my life... I was enraged to the point , walking out and never returning was my only option. Five 3 hour trips and still no meds or concern... I wish 0 Stars was an option!!!
We will never be back to this place again extremely pissed poor service management in the office yelling at other clients who are in pain because they do not know how to do their job and you wait over 3 hours to see a doctor and make up a serious attitude thank God I will never be here it again...
Never been to this location, and could not find there other on two notch. But, as a former patient at there two notch location I do know they definitely do not do what they say they would do for there patients and also they say they informed you of there rules verbally, but they lied to me more than 3 times. I do not recommend there two notch location what so ever! There doctor is very nice, but there staff is more than rude! "A employees birthday should not be more important than there patients!"
