They are very nice and don't make you wait forever
My dogs get treated better at the vet then these people treat people - notice I did not use the word patients. After 2 botched urine tests they decided not to give me medication - I TAKE THAT MEDICATION SO I CAN HAVE MOBILITY. (If I wasn't taking medication after the first urine test then before my next visit I would have taken meds to make sure I pass - the point is I was taking my meds). Went to my appointment checked in at 9:18. Went back at 9:50. Didnt get seen till 11:21. The receptionist did not tell me Jennifer the PA was behind.I left the office at 12:50. You only see the Doctor Jones once The office personal are rude and unprofessional.
This facility does not return phone calls, look at patient charts, allow you to see the Dr treating you or even communicate with their patients. I would not ever recommend this facility and would hope people stay far away from them. I have been in pain for months and even after numerous phone calls to try and resolve the situation they refuse to do anything to help. I would hope no one else receives the poor treatment that I have but I would bet it is the norm and not just an oversight.
This place is horrible dr Jennifer Don’t give you time to talk she just keeps talking over you and her only option of help is a epidural I went in today to cancel my contract and then they turn around and say they canceled it... then don’t give me my last Prescription to get by till I find another doctor just left me like that suffering .the staff is very sweet but the doctor is horrible and rude only likes to talk don’t care to hear the patients concerns .. then they lie and say they cancelled my contract because I was yell... read more
