I had not been to The Pain Center in about a year, since my previous doctor there retired. There were definitely issues back then, especially with not returning calls and frequently sending in the wrong medication or dose. After my visits this week, I was saddened to see how things have declined further. Barny 5 Angry Face Dr. Refused to treat me, I wanted to go to physical Therapy for back pain. She wanted a Bonus Chk, Me to Get a Bandaid Steroid Shot. Or Permanente Damage, Wheel Chair bound Laser Nerve Removal. I waited 30days for the Apptmt, Waisted $45 On Lyft. Just to be Carelessly Turned Away. I Realize Christmas is In a couple of mths and Th Doc Needs Her Bonus $ for Bandaid Care. But I Should Still be Reimbursed that $45 Drive.

Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with Arizona pain center. I’ve been trying to schedule 3 rd epidural injection. All they said is insurance denied procedure. They do not advocate for their patients to try to get it approved. I’ve tried talking to the manager and she refused to speak with me. She tells her front desk person to tell she will contact me when she hears anything. She has never gotten back to me. My appointment was august 5, I have yet to hear from them. (GREAT FIRST) appointment Keri at front desk was very upbeat Had a great smile Brandee supervisor was very knowledgeable, made me feel welcome and comfortable. Met Dr B jones for second opinion on a procedure.She took her time and explained everything.I feel more comfortable about having this procedure.Now.I am looking into it as we speak

I love The Pain Center of AZ! Dr. Sachin Narain is a wonderful interventional Pain Specialist! He is an excellent physician and surgeon! He cares about his patients! I fully trust him to help me with my chronic pain and fibromyalgia. He’s the “Best of any Pain Medicine Physician I have ever been to. I won’t go to ANYONE else because, “Why mess with the rest when you already have the Best! You WON’T find anyone better!
