Front staff are just rude and hate life. The back staff are friendly and helpful. Maybe they need to reconsider getting new front staff

Dr. Narian and Thanya Madrid along with the whole staff has taken such good care of my husband and I for the past 3 years. They have gone above and beyond to help and get us to a point where we can enjoy life again. A big shout out to them and thank you for all you do! Awesome experience. My doctor is great, but the office can't seem to figure out how to return calls or tell you when they cancel your appointment. I have left voicemails and spoken to their operators who write notes to call me back, but no one calls back. They'd rather avoid you than fix an issue. I have been requesting a call back for 5 days now since, and they haven't even made an attempt. When you call you wait on hold for an hour just to have someone tell you they will have someone call you. I sent them a text through their scheduling line ... read more
