Professional, friendly service.
Threw me under the bus because I owed 100.00. Could have written it off as a courtesy. I did all the time whenever a Physician, or nurse or any medical person came to the office. I accepted their insurance and any remaining balance was written off. COURTESY. All I received was a withdrawal pack to alleviate the withdrawal of my opiates. I have a debilitating condition that will get worse, not better. Shame on you.
I’ve had osteoarthritis most of my life and the older I get, the worse it gets. I started going to The Pain Center in Prescott late last year, and I have had positive results since I began. Exams and lab work are thorough, interviews and explanations have helped focus on medical conditions that cause the pain, and followup treatments have yeilded positive results. I've never had a problem with any of them. Stuff happens. I might wait longer from time to time. But each case their is different. I do miss Dr. Bucholz. Can't wait till he returns. The whole team there are lovely. I don't trust many people. This office I trust with my life. I'm grateful for all of them. They really come together and help us move pass the pain and have more of a life then just feeling pain all the time. I will never go to another pain management place. Been going there since Nov 2010.
I like going to the pain center of Arizona TPC if my appointments at 9:15 then I should be able to be seen not 45 minutes and still sitting in the doctors room waiting just makes the pain worse by just sitting here and waiting
