Keep in mind that they schedule your appointments 15 mins early to give you time to fill out your pain assessment paperwork. Great staff here also!
Dr. Rabe and staff are friendly, caring and actually want to help their patients. I highly recommend this wonderful establishment.
Dr Rabe and his staff are exceptional at what they do. I recommend him to anyone with pain. Well worth a visit.
I saw a woman come in 4 Minutes after her appointment time (11 am) and they told her that she would have to wait till after lunch (1 hr.), so, my Tip: DON'T BE LATE. They're Cold!
The medical staff is top notch but the office staff at least at the Peoria office is THE WORST! Nasty, generally unhappy to be 'helping' I are with every last patient coming in the same nasty attitude
Make sure you're not 15 minutes late, because no matter how severe your pain is, whether you just got out of the hospital, they don't care, they'll make you reschedule. Even if you live by South Mtn.
