i have seen NP Sandra Erickson. last month she cut my dose of oxy, she would not reinstate my original dose. (it's not a large one) she would not do it again today. I tried to tell her I have run the gamit including a breast reduction for the pain...she would not listen...I do not recommend if you need pain meds. Dr. Doust was a gem, but only does procedures now

I have been to a few pain clinics in the valley. By far I believe I have been better taken care of here! They run a tight ship. My appointments run well within the appointment time. Compared to some thatn run so late , keeping you waiting w/o reason. I am vlistened to very well. take Empathetic, caring staff that does all they can to help you.

I was scared... plain and simple. The staff was the most caring and compassionate that I've ever dealt with. Thank you!

two hour wait. Only wanted Vicodin because I'm close to being out. I am not a druggie I have Rheumatoid arthritis and cortisone shots do Not work for me. I have had five in various locations. They should have on their website or in the check in window that narcotics are not prescribed. That would have saved me two hours, their time a d my insurance companies several hundred dollars. That request seems fair.

Threw me under the bus because I owed 100.00. Could have written it off as a courtesy. I did all the time whenever a Physician, or nurse or any medical person came to the office. I accepted their insurance and any remaining balance was written off. COURTESY. All I received was a withdrawal pack to alleviate the withdrawal of my opiates. I have a debilitating condition that will get worse, not better. Shame on you.

I like going to the pain center of Arizona TPC if my appointments at 9:15 then I should be able to be seen not 45 minutes and still sitting in the doctors room waiting just makes the pain worse by just sitting here and waiting
