Ill say shinedown killed it. But as far as the pageant staff and their rules absolutly horrible. I had bought tickets and my mother is handicapped and needed a seat. My mom as beginning signs of leukemia and has verdigo and uses a cane. My boyfriend got an email stating if you are in need of handicapped seating call to reserve a seat. I called at 1030am day of show and asked if there would be seating. They told me no so i asked if it was possible to get 1 barstool in the back for my mom. They said no because all their handic... read more
Business response:
Thank you for relaying your experience. Without getting too personal, is your mom’s name Karen? If so, we had accessible seating reserved and waiting for her in the balcony. Shinedown absolutly rocked the stage... I was pleased with wait times. Two thumbs up to the venue. Absolutly awesome time.
Great Venue, just the right size for a concert! If you like Pink Floyd, go to The Pageant in December and see El Monstero!
Excellent small concert venue. Very good security. Just don't like having to stand so long on the main floor with no where to sit. They did give out cups of water to those who stayed put on the main floor waiting for the concert to start.
First time at the Pageant. Shinedown was awesome! The hour wait outside in the heat wasn't so great. It was worth it though.
I love the pageant. I always have a great time there. The shows are close and personal with the artists. Keep up the good work!!
First time inside and when I arrived I said that it was really nice because you can see from any seat, but as soon as it filled up I couldn't see a thing because everybody is sitting at the same level. Too many chairs in each row and too close, everyone was sitting right up on top of each other. Was kind of cold inside but other than what I mentioned, the concert was really good and I will return for another one but will try to pick seats with a table or up in the balcony so I can have somewhere to sit my food and drink and ... read more
