The show was great, but ur policy is ridiculous. I'm pretty sure standing next to your own chair is not going to promote the spread of Covid 19. The staff would immediately make people sit down if you stood next to your chair to dance. After all, isn't this a MUSIC venue?! Hard Promises, you rock, but i would find another venue.

It used to be my favorite venue it’s very disappointing went to the very first show since covid and as soon as I walked in the first thing say said to me you can’t wear a gator and I wear one every even at work and was told to take it off I was very disappointed it didn’t say anything about that in the rules and I read the rules and they charged me for a mask it was a dollar had no choice to or to go home and they were rude

Business response:

Hi Daniel – thank you for your review. Our stance on gaiters is listed specifically on our website under “Entry” here: https://www.thepageant.com/coronavirus-updates/ and has been posted since we announced our Glimmer of Normalcy Series. When informing guests of any issues with face coverings, our first question is to ask if they have a cloth or paper mask to wear instead. As you did not, and for your convenience, we offered you to be able to purchase one from us for $1.00, which is also on our COVID-19 webpage. It was not a... read more

They never have enough tickets for popular shows and they promote scalping and reselling on their own website. I guess they aren't exclusive to this, but it still makes me angry. Control your ticket sales better!

I thought it was great! I could actually dance & see the band & not have to be all packed in down in front of the stage.

next time you sell tix for a show... u may want to mention that there will be NO seats! usually GA means cocktail tables but at Mat Kearney we had to stand for 4 hrs with no explanation why. SUCKS!

Business response:

Hi Brian – thanks for your comments. We are very sorry for your disappointment. You are correct in that GA does normally mean cocktail tables, chairs and stools. Last night’s seating arrangement was a last minute request from the band. We did our best to advocate for those who wanted seating, but were only able to provide minimal furniture along the back concourse. Again, we apologize for this situation, but our hands were tied. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond and explain the circumstances.
